"Tennis ranked at Risk Level 1—the lowest risk level of any of the other activities"
In a recently published article in regards to the safest activities folks can still participate in during COVID concerns, doctors pointed to five factors when considering how risky a particular activity might be: 1) whether it’s inside or outside; 2) proximity to others; 3) exposure time; 4) the likelihood of compliance; and 5) personal risk level. The list they came up with assigned a score (based on an average of scores by each health expert) for each of the 36 activities, with 10 being the riskiest and 1 the least risky.
(The only other activity that also ranked at Risk Level 1 is “getting takeout from a restaurant.”)
